iBusinessSolutions Gives Back at Hope City’s 'Kicks for Kids' Event

At iBusinessSolutions, we often say, "Our work is Payroll, but our passion is People". That passion extends beyond our office walls and into the heart of our community. We believe that being a true local partner means showing up and giving back, which is why we were so honored to be part of the "Kicks for Kids" event hosted by Hope City Church this past weekend.

A Day of Joy and Fresh Starts

On Saturday, August 2nd, our team joined other volunteers at an amazing event designed to help local students start the school year with confidence and style. In partnership with Wilkinson Elementary School, "Kicks for Kids" aimed to provide brand new shoes and fresh haircuts for children in our community.

The energy was incredible as families came together for a morning of fun and support. Thanks to the generosity of so many, the event surpassed its goal, donating 185 pairs of new shoes to boys and girls. A special thanks also goes to New Seasons Barbershop, who volunteered their time and immense talent to provide free, sharp-looking haircuts, ensuring students would look and feel their best on the first day of school.

We are incredibly proud of our team members who volunteered their Saturday morning for this cause, led by our own Chrissi Prieur. Our volunteers were hands-on, spending one-on-one time with families, helping excited kids select the perfect pair of new shoes, and even assisting at the haircut station.

Seeing the smiles on the children's faces was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. For us, community involvement isn’t a box to check—it’s a core part of our identity. It’s living out our foundational values of compassion and community in a tangible way.
