When he met with David and Jamie, they didn’t offer him an easy road. “They didn’t sugarcoat anything,” Mike recalls from a recent podcast interview. “They told me it would be hard. That’s what made me say yes.”
Mike’s relentless follow-through and commitment earned him a seat at the table as a partner—a role he didn't take lightly. "I bought in," he says.
