Sarasota, FL – For over ten years, iBusinessSolutions has served the Sarasota and Manatee community by empowering employers and employees, strengthening resources and workplace efficiency, and providing expert customer service. As a result, our dedication to servicing the local community has allowed us to work with and support hundreds of local businesses. This year, to celebrate our decade milestone, we’ve decided to take our mission and vision one step further.
We are improving our community and lives by giving back and inspiring others to do the same. We believe in empowering our peers and our community’s future generations to support those that are in need of our help and support. As part of this initiative, we have partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for our community’s first ever St. Jude Walk to End Childhood Cancer.
About St. Jude’s Fight to End Childhood Cancer
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The St. Jude purpose is clear: Finding cures. Saving children.
As the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center devoted solely to children, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to 80 percent since the hospital opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude is working to drive the overall survival rate for childhood cancer to 90 percent. And they won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
By freely sharing discoveries, every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
